Refunds and Returns

Fabrics, wallpapers and other trims are not returnable as they are cut from a roll, and as such, they can only be refunded or exchanged if they do not match your order or if they have visible defects.
All fabrics and wallpapers are checked and photographed before being delivered.

Anything sold as a whole item (not cut from a roll as fabric or wallpaper must be) may be exchanged or returned for full store credit (less shipping, taxes, postage and packaging charges).
Claim/exchanges must be made within 30 days of original shipping date.  

Variations in colors are not viewed as defects so make sure you do a thoughtful and responsible choice. 



Step 1:
Please send an e-mail with your order number to with the following information:

- Your name
- Your order number
- Full shipping and billing address
- Reference or link of the product you would like to return/exchange
- Reason for the return/exchange


    Step 2:
    Our customer service will contact you and arrange a pick-up for your order at a time and place of most convenience to you.
